We’ve made filing appeals and complaints EASY for providers and patients. Just follow the instructions below.
You will have to set up a User Name and Password to log onto our platform to use our appeal template.
When to Appeal:
- IMMEDIATELY!
- As soon as AIM denies additional visits
- If your claims are denied for not getting pre-authorization
- If your claims are denied when they were pre-authorized
